These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between d4999 ("we", "us", "the platform", "d4999") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or uses the d4999 website located at d4999.app and all associated sub-pages, products, and services.

By completing the registration process and creating a d4999 account, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is further confirmed each time you log in to your account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place a bet or wager on any product offered through the d4999 platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to use the d4999 platform and must cease access immediately.

d4999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Age Verification

d4999 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts before processing withdrawal requests. Age verification is a component of this process. Players may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm that they meet the 18+ age requirement.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses or promotional credits applied to the account. No winnings generated during the period of underage use will be paid out.

Geographic Eligibility

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified d4999 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.

Bonus Abuse

d4999 actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems. Where bonus abuse is identified, d4999 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the player's account. d4999's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d4999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the platform while under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one d4999 account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Bot usage: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or perform any action on the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or multiplayer games.
• Exploit abuse: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate unfair outcomes or obtain funds to which you are not entitled.
• Money laundering: Using the d4999 platform as a mechanism to launder funds derived from illegal activity. d4999 reports suspicious financial activity as required by applicable regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals. Accounts with open chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing d4999 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Either party — d4999 or the player — may initiate closure of a d4999 player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your d4999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bonus funds will be removed. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Players who have activated self-exclusion may not re-open their account during the active exclusion period.

d4999-Initiated Suspension or Closure

d4999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud
• Duplicate account detection
• Underage account identification
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against d4999
• Abusive behaviour toward d4999 staff or other players
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy)

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, d4999 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach, the account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard KYC checks have been completed.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or withdrawal). d4999 will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower). Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d4999 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred through gameplay, betting, or wagering on any product offered on the platform
• Technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime, or network outages beyond d4999's reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, where those providers' certified RNG systems have operated correctly
• Loss of data, profit, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the d4999 platform

Nothing in these Terms limits d4999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the d4999 support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. d4999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. The English-language version of these Terms prevails in all cases.
